In-Company Programs

The same structured process, adapted to your company's specific situation

Every partnership has its own history, sector, and particular friction points. The in-company format takes that into account from the first session.

Adapted to your context, not a generic program

The in-company format means the program is designed around your specific partnership — your sector, your company's history, the particular issues you're dealing with, and the working dynamic you already have.

This isn't a workshop where different companies participate together. It's a process exclusively for the partners of one company, where the facilitator arrives knowing your context and the sessions are designed around the real issues you've identified.

Sessions can be held at your company's premises, at a neutral location, or remotely — depending on what works best for your situation.

Options for different situations

The core structure is the same. What varies is the depth of adaptation to your specific context.

Duo Program

For two-partner businesses. The standard four-session format with individual pre-sessions for each partner and a joint facilitated process.

The duo format is the most common. Two partners, four sessions, one written agreement. The facilitator works with each partner individually before the joint sessions to understand each person's perspective without filtering.

  • 2 individual pre-sessions (one per partner)
  • 4 joint facilitated sessions
  • Written operational agreement
  • Optional 30-day follow-up check

Trio Program

For three-partner businesses. The same structure, adapted for the additional complexity that a three-way partnership introduces.

Three-partner businesses have additional dynamics — alliances, triangles, and the particular challenge of majority vs. minority positions. The trio format addresses these specifically and takes slightly more time in the sessions.

  • 3 individual pre-sessions (one per partner)
  • 4-5 joint facilitated sessions
  • Written operational agreement
  • Optional 30-day follow-up check

Agreement Review

For partnerships that completed the program previously and need to revisit or update their operational agreement as the business has evolved.

Businesses change. An operational agreement that worked well two years ago may need updating. This format revisits the existing agreement, identifies what needs adjustment, and produces an updated version.

  • Review of existing operational agreement
  • 2-3 focused sessions on areas needing update
  • Updated written agreement
  • Available only for prior program participants

Where and how sessions happen

  • At your company Sessions held at your own premises. Works well when both partners are based in the same location.
  • Neutral location Sessions at a neutral venue — a meeting room, coworking space, or similar. Useful when a neutral setting helps both partners feel equally at ease.
  • Remote sessions Sessions conducted online via video call. Available for partnerships where in-person isn't practical due to geography or scheduling.
  • Scheduling Sessions are typically held weekly or fortnightly. The full program runs over 4-6 weeks depending on partner availability.

Situations where this program fits

  • Partners who get along personally but have unresolved operational friction
  • Businesses where informal agreements are no longer working
  • Partnerships where one or both partners feel the current arrangement isn't fair
  • Situations where decisions are being made without proper consultation
  • Partnerships that want to prevent small issues from becoming big ones

Situations where this program doesn't fit

  • Partnerships where one partner has already decided to exit
  • Situations requiring legal resolution of a formal dispute
  • Cases where the relationship has broken down to the point of hostility
  • Partnerships seeking business strategy or consulting advice
