2. Description of Services

Vistamado provides professional facilitation services for business partners. Specifically, we facilitate structured conversations between partners of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to help them work through operational friction points and produce a written operational agreement.

Our services consist of:

• Individual pre-sessions with each partner prior to joint sessions
• Four structured joint facilitation sessions
• Production of a written operational agreement based on agreements reached during sessions
• Optional follow-up sessions for agreement review

3. What Our Services Are Not

It is important to understand the nature and limits of our services:

• We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal mediation of any kind
• We do not provide psychological, therapeutic, or counseling services
• We do not provide business consulting, strategic advice, or financial advice
• The operational agreement we produce is not a legal contract and does not have legal enforceability unless separately formalized by a qualified lawyer
• We do not guarantee any particular outcome from the facilitation process

4. Engagement and Fees

The terms of each engagement — including fees, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and specific program format — are set out in a separate service agreement signed by both parties before the program begins. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any such agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Vistamado treats all information shared during facilitation sessions as strictly confidential. We will not disclose the content of sessions or the identity of participants to third parties, except where required by law. This confidentiality obligation applies to our facilitators and any staff involved in service delivery.

6. Participant Responsibilities

Participants in our programs are expected to:

• Attend scheduled sessions on time and prepared to engage constructively
• Engage in good faith with the facilitation process
• Treat other participants with respect during sessions
• Provide accurate information relevant to the facilitation
• Notify us promptly if they are unable to attend a scheduled session

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the program methodology — is the property of Vistamado and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

The operational agreement produced during your program is your document. You retain full ownership of it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Argentine law, Vistamado's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific program in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or website.

9. Website Use
